I am a psychotherapist who works with adults and young people aged 12+. At the moment, I am particularly interested in working with men and young men. I am approachable and experienced. I help people having relationship issues, stress and anxiety, depression or feeling down, family issues, or people who may want to explore difficult and perhaps unresolved early life experiences. I attempt to work in a way that is thoughtful and collaborative. Ultimately, my goal is to help people (and therefore those around them) lead more fulfilling lives.
